Amarone della Valpolicella


This wine is obtained by drying grapes settled in September and October, after a first selection in the vineyard and a second one in the fruit cellar, where it settles up to January-February. Origin: vineyards scattered among the hills placed in the piedmont zone of the classic Valpolicella area. Ageing: 4 years in barriques and big barrels, then 5-6 months in bottle. Characteristics: red ruby colour, intense and ethereal bouquet, soft and dry taste, vigorous and full-bodied taste. Alcohol content: 15% vol. Serving temperature: 18-20°C Serving Suggestions: ideal wine for important meat dishes as a whole such as roasts, furred game and grilled red meat
