Produced with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes,
vinification and bottling are carried out
entirely in the winery. Its colour is the
typical ruby red of this grape. Initially vinous,
the bouquet takes on intense and persistent herb
aromas. Dry warm, full-bodied, and pleasantly
tannic with harmonious flavour. It is an
excellent accompaniment for roasted meats, for
all strong flavoured dishes and matured cheeses.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C. This wine is
perfect for ageing.
