Grapes: Aglianico, Piedirosso. Ageing: in oak for 12 months. Refinement in bottle: 3 months. Alcohol content: 12,5% vol. Serving temperature: 18-20°C. Characteristics: ruby red colour with violet hues; vinous bouquet charateristic of this wine with notes of sweet violets and wild forest fruits; dry on the palate, tinges of blackberry and pomegranate. Serving suggestions: savoury dishes and red meat.
