Grapes: Aglianico. Ageing: in barriques for 12 months. Refinement in bottle: 3 months. Alcohol content: 13% vol. Serving temperature: 20°C. Characteristics: ruby red colour with garnet hues; elegant bouquet with scents of spices, liquorice and black prune; full bodied taste, persistent. Serving suggestions: ideal for roasts and red meat dishes, particularly lamb, grilled pork and game.
