barriques for 6 months. Refinement: in bottles
for 5 months. Alcohol content: 13% vol. Serving
temperature: 16-17°C. Characteristics. Colour:
very intense, deep purple-ruby red colour.
Bouquet: intense aroma of slightly over-ripened
grapes with pleasant hints of almond, blackberry,
bilberry, ripe plums, spices and vanilla. Taste:
full and juicy with a pleasant almond
background. Distinctive balance of body and
tannins of a wine to be aged. Serving suggestion:
perfect with pasta and meat agnolotti, as well
as exacting first and second courses.
