Distilled from the fermented marc of
Sangiovese (Brunello). Distillation period:
within ten days following racking. Distillation
process: discontinuous steam flow. Alcohol
content: 42% vol. Ageing: 6 months in barrels of
various wood types. Refinement in bottles: 3
months. Characteristics: bright amber in colour,
an intense bouquet, delicate, fruity with
aromatic features produced by the different
woods used in ageing; smooth and dry in the
mouth, very pleasant.
