Sangiovese (Brunello). Distillation period:
within ten days following racking. Distillation
process: discontinuous steam flow. Alcohol
content: 42% vol. Ageing: 10 years in barrels of
various wood types. Refinement in bottles: 6
months. Characteristics: deep amber colour, the
bouquet is gently rounded and fruity; on the
palate it reveals an extreme softness.
