This is a spirit deriving from the distillation of Lambrusco best marc, it is gathered just after pressing grapes and after a careful fermentation in a controlled temperature, it is distilled in special uneven steam alembics. Its taste is smooth and its marked aroma recalls its origin. Grappa is very good after meal or sipped in every moment of the day.
