Grapes: Nero d'Avola. Ageing: 4-5 months in steel vats. Refinement in bottle: 2 months. Alcohol content: 13% vol. Serving temperature: 18°C. Characteristics: intense ruby red colour with violet hues; round elegant bouquet with intense touches of matured blackberry and small red berry forest fruits; excellent harmonious structure, good persistence. Serving suggestions: excellent accompaniment for red meats and medium mature cheese.
