In the countryside of Emilia, at the border of
the provinces of Modena, Reggio and Mantova,
several grapes of good origin are grown and the
wine obtained is a good "dark" Lambrusco. We
named it "Nivola" in memory of the legendary
cardriver of Mantova, Tazio Nuvolari. It has a
deep, ruby red colour, strong structure, red
froth, fruity and pleasant taste. It is a wine
particularly indicated with rich dishes, roasts,
game and the typical food of the Padana valley.
Serve at cellar temperature (14° - 16° C).
