Pignoletto Frizzante doc


Produced with Pignoletto grapes, vinification and bottling are carried out entirely in the winery. Pleasantly sparkling, crystalline, pale yellow with slight greenish highlights and with fruited and delicate bouquet. Fresh, dry, structured, fairly mellow, it has a mild and highly gratifying bitterish aftertaste. Ideal as an aperitif, it is excellent as an accompaniment of typical hors d’oeuvre from Emilia region, or with white meats or fish. Serving temperature: 7-9°C. It should be drunk young.
