Produced with Pignoletto grapes. Vinification
(Charmat method) and bottling carried out
entirely in the winery. This is a lively
sparkling wine, with a fine and dense perlage
and a pale yellow colour. Its vinification
method exalts the grape’s typical fruited
bouquet. Dry, full-bodied, pleasantly
fresh-tasting with elegant and refined flavour.
Ideal as an aperitif, but also excellent
throughout the entire meal: Serving temperature:
7-9°C.
