Sandolě are home-made high quality vegetables preserved in oil, processed right in the farm where they are raised and to maintain the freshness and quality exactly as it is when vegetables are on the plant, they are picked worked and put into pots in the same day.
The oil that preserves these vegetables comes from the same farm and is obtained by milling olives of the Coratina variety.
Although handy and simple to be prepared, they are typical and homely Italian flavours suitable for almost any kind of food, tasty appetizers, side dishes or seasoning for first courses or cold dishes or even alone.

39% Sandomě extra virgin olive oil
Wine vinegar salt spices.
