This Barbera comes from ''Gerbole'' Vineyard placed in the area of Guarene village. Its harvest occurs from October 21 to 23.

Wine-making:a 13 days maceration, with several daily pumping-over and a fermentation at controlled temperature. After a period in stainless steel tanks this wine ages in barriques for 12 months, then a six months bottle ageing follows.
Tasting profile: its colour is deep ruby red with a close texture and reflections tending to violet. This wine has a vinous and pervasive bouquet with blackberry and sour cherry as well as vanilla berry hints; well structured, warm, full-bodied, with spicy, ripe red fruits, tobacco, vanilla and cherry and sour cherry notes.
Food and wine pairings: very good with game, red meat as a whole, matured milk ewe's and goat cheeses.
