this is a really great product, once it's cooked you can really smell the wheat germ.
Last but not least this pasta type doesn't overcook quickly ( this can be a pro not just for customersd but for restaurants as well).
Just try it with fresh chopped tomatoes, basil and sprinkle with some fresh parmigiano and olive oil
